Hala Association works on raising the public awareness about animal welfare, educating and training owners and all involved people of the best welfare friendly practices in order to positively change their attitudes towards their animals.

The Association also operates a mobile clinic to directly alleviate the suffering of animals by treating them. The association also cooperates with all interested bodies, organisations, and CBOs in order to improve animal welfare standards.
