MARIA MEME TALALAU
Maria Meme joined RSPCAPNG in 2023 as Education Coordinator. She has visited schools and communities in Port Moresby to provide animal welfare education to students, as well as teaching them about responsible pet ownership and wildlife conservation.
The first World Animal Day was celebrated by RSPCAPNG in 2024, which was a milestone for Maria in her second year of employment as the Education Coordinator.
Maria is excited to now be appointed as a World Animal Day ambassador and believes in her capacity to deliver awareness campaigns highlighting the value of humane education as an essential learning development for people within the society.
