In line with Animals Foundation Asia’s mission of putting an end to bear bile farming and an age-old tradition no longer suitable for modern society, Thuy has been tasked with managing the new sanctuary that will soon house bears, located in central Vietnam, called Bach Ma Bear Rescue Centre. Thuy and her team have committed to providing long-life care and welfare to the bears that come under our care at the new sanctuary. They hope that their passion will also inspire the young generation of Vietnamese to care for the unique and beautiful animals of Vietnam. They also believe that together they can bring new hope for animal welfare to this beautiful part of the world.
