To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of World Animal Day (October 4, 1925–2025), the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University (Lampang Campus), is going to organize an academic seminar on “Welfare Law for the Voiceless”. This seminar aims to raise awareness and promote understanding of the legal protection and welfare standards for animals under Thai and foreign law—covering companion animals, service and assistance animals, and animals raised for food. It will also provide a platform for knowledge exchange between legal scholars and veterinary experts, paving the way toward proposing stronger and more effective animal welfare legislation in Thailand.
