Held at Singapore’s Sandcrawler Building, at the Lucas Film Theatre that holds 100 pax, we had 70-90 people turn up for each film, from individuals to families and friends.

With a short introduction by ACRES on the long-tailed macaques in Singapore and a brief Dos and Donts, around 90 film-goers had an insightful perspective of the Monkey Kingdom. Similarly, we reflected the impact of the illegal wildlife trade to the work we do locally for the animals traded live and/or for their parts.

In addition, a fundraiser was held to help us sustain our work and raise much-needed funds for over 50 Indian star tortoises’ repatriation set to take place end November 2018.
