ACRES celebrates the FREEDOM of wildlife
Stanley, a leopard gecko, was placed behind bars on 4 September 2015 for a crime he did not commit. He was indignant, but was determined to bide his time for freedom. Stanley’s brother, Icarus, was likewise imprisoned. But passed away during a hunger strike to protest his innocence.
The above is based on a true story.
On 4 October 2015, Stanley would have been imprisoned for exactly 1 month. Will you be there this 4 October to give him his freedom? Click ‘Join’ now, and let us set free – not just Stanley – but thousands of wild animals who are captured or raised for the illegal wildlife trade.
