“Animals – My Friends!”
For seven days (October 1 – October 7, 2020), “25. novembar” Public Elementary School in Velika Kladuša, Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be hosting art workshops for 3rd and 5th graders, whose artworks on this year’s topic “Animals – My Friends!” will be displayed during October in the main hallway of the school. Even though schools in Bosnia and Herzegovina, like many schools throughout Europe and the world, is operating under protective measures, World Animal Day Ambassador for B&H and teacher Ilhana Škrgić and her colleagues have found a way to celebrate this important day and educate both the children and their grown-ups on the importance of animals and having animals as friends in our lives.
All artworks will be displayed online as well at the official Facebook page of the school, so make sure you join us and perhaps draw an animal friend yourself!
To all our friends, both two-legged and four-legged, we at “25. novembar” Elementary School wish a Happy World Animal Day on October 4! Please, take care of your animals and be kind to all animals worldwide!
