Awareness campaign by Human Chain on World Animal Day, 2019
On World Animal Day 2019, we organized a human chain against current animal cruelty and promote recently released Animal Welfare Law, 2019 in Bangladesh. The event was organized by the banner of “Stand For Animals” a non profit organization from a small city of Barisal in Bangladesh. The objective of the event was to create awareness among mass peopke regarding the love and non violence activity against animals.

The event was a successful one as our campaign has been published in several local and national newspaper. Stand for Animals is continuously working for basic treatment and rescue operation for the streed dogs and cats. Our strong and passionate volunteers are our core resource. We are running by our own fund and whatever small amount we achieve in our donation fund monthly, we allocate them for our injured animals. Through this event we tried to catch peoples eye and invite them to contribute both physically and financially for those poor souls.
