Book Launch Benefits Animals
On Sunday, October 6, The Ivy Bookshop is hosting the Book Launch for the SETTING THE FAMILY FREE, the book described as “a supremely moving novel by turns ferocious and tender and funny from beginning to end” by Junot Diaz and as “a generous, boisterous, surprising read, like a tiger in your back yard” by Jacquelyn Mitchard.
During that event and all weekend, all sales of SETTING THE FAMILY FREE in hardcover or paperback format purchased directly from the author’s Amazon store, EdgeWriter Books, will benefit the World Wildlife Fund. The author is donating all of his profits to the fund for the benefit of animals.
SETTING THE FAMILY FREE follows a private reserve of exotic animals being released into a community. It explores what would happen if peopel and animals were placed on more equal footing.
