Low cost Spay/Neuter clinic
World Animal Day was celebrated by having a large spay/neuter clinic for the dogs and cats in an impoverished squatter community in Lomas, Pavas. 89 animals were successfully spayed/neutered and many were treated for parasites, infections and a host of other ailments. Medications were given out to the animals after the surgeries and owners were educated on animal welfare and health.
