Compassion Education for Children
We are organizing a one-day event in one of the schools in Pokhara as a part of their ‘Justice Camp’, where we will share basic information on animal rights and animal welfare. This will include educating children on the Five Animal Freedoms, taking care of their pet animals, protecting oneself from animal attacks, particularly dog bites and first aid for animal attacks.

More than 150 students attended the school awareness programme at The Dream School as a part of the ‘Justice Camp’. The students were taught about the basic necessities of pet animals and that it is our responsibility to take care of them as pet owners. The children were also informed about different life situations including encounters with street animals and how to handle them well in order to prevent any mishaps.
