Two Day of Fun-Filled, Family Activities
Philip’s Animal Garden will be celebrating with two days of fun-filled activities for the whole family. On Saturday, the 1st of October, and Sunday, the 2nd of October, the animal sanctuary and rehabilitation center, located at Alto Vista 116, will once again be throwing its popular Yeehah! Party. Visitors are invited to get up close and personal with over 52 different species of animals, including several exotic birds, a Capuchin Monkey, Nigerian Dwarf Goat, Burmese Python, Alpaca, Pot-Bellied Pigs, Ocelot, Caiman and much more. Both kids and adults will enjoy the chance to feed some of the sanctuary’s inhabitants, while a number of activities are sure to please the little ones, including pony rides, carriage rides, face painting, a bouncy castle and popular games. Also sure to be fun will be the horseback riding, but if you don’t know how to ride a horse, don’t worry, as classes will teach participants all about riding horses, from saddling them up to getting up and down from the horses. The entrance fee for the “Yeehah” party will be only 3 Florins per person, and all money raised during the event will go to the care of the animals and the maintenance of the sanctuary, which is now bigger than ever. Visitors will have a chance to win some great door prizes, including an iPod Touch and many more prizes and surprises. Naturally, the bar and kitchen will be well stocked, ready to serve any hungry or thirsty visitors.
