Full programme for animals at Leknath
Over a period of three months HART will carry out vaccination, neutering and treatment programmes for the nearly 3000 dogs (and many cats) in the Municipality of Lekhnath. The town has 18 wards and is situated at the bottom of the Annapurna foothills. The Municipality chief has signed an MOU with HART and local ward represenatives are enthusiastic about work that will ensure a better quality of life for their animals.
