Great or Small, Love Them All
First and second grade students of OŠ “Knez Sima Marković” will celebrate World Animal Day 2023 through several activities:
– They will make feeders for birds;
– Participate in an art workshop where they will draw animals while listening to pieces of music that are intended to represent animals;
– Will organize an exhibition of children’s works “Unusual animals”;
– By paying a one-off donation, they will adopt a wolf. Their symbolic adoption will support the work of WWF Adria in the field, in order to ensure the permanent future of wolves in their native habitat. The efforts at WWF Adria are focused on helping the people who share their living space with the wolves, mostly livestock owners, find a peaceful coexistence. This is a special gift because it will help protect the beautiful and fragile nature that surrounds us;
– They will collect food for abandoned dogs and cats.
