Health checkup of Working Animals & Feeding of stray animals
World Animal Day is celebrated on 4th October each year, all over the world. It is a chance
for charities, communities and groups to promote the welfare of animals and for all of us to
learn about the part animals play in our lives.
Coming 4th October, 2021 World Animal Day, PFA Siliguri will be celebrating this day by
organising a Working Animals Health Checkup camp and Awareness program at Laltong Forest
Village near Siliguri. On this special day, Foot & Mouth Disease and Anti- Rabies vaccine
will also be administered on working animals.
Apart from this, we will also be feeding the Stray Animals in our city. We are proud to endorse a
culture that promotes empathy, appreciation and respect for every living being on earth.

This year celebration of World Animal Day 2021 was grand success. Huge poor forest villager were benefited from the animal health check up camp and they received necessary veterinary medicine from our camp. Apart from that, animal awareness programme and feed of stray animals also organized successfully in Siliguri, India. World Animal Day Ambassador Mr. Sujoy Dutta was grace the occasion.
