International School WAD Celebrations
The Regent’s School Pattaya, Thailand, will be celebrating World Animal Day with a variety of fun activities.
Primary School students will be taking part in three different art and photography competitions:
- ‘Animals in the Wild’ photography competition
- ‘My Pet’ photography competition
- ‘Artistic Animals’ art competition
There will be three animal quizzes for Key Stage One, Lower Key Stage Two and Upper Key Two.
The children will be coming to school dressed as an animal, which links to the curriculum topic.

It will also be a Vegetarian Day.
Pet shows will be taking place in the various classrooms, where students will have the opportunity to talk about their pets and learn a little bit more about animals’ needs.
