Major Awareness Event
We will be celebrating World Animal Day in conjunction with the Greater Amman Municipality with the co-operation of the Ministry of Education. We will be holding an Open Day at the International Independence School, Amman, with lots of activities to raise awareness of animal welfare in a number of cities, including Amman, the capital of Jordan. We will be inviting people from all walks of life to celebrate the day, including local authority representatives, community groups, families, students of all ages and SPANA Animal Club members. There will be lots of information, flyers and booklets on display. Entertainment will include singing, dancing, plays, colouring, a pledge board for animal rights and face painting.
