U Dečijem vriticu “Ljubica Popović” i “Sunce”, obeležen je tradicionalno Svetski dan životinja.
Od 2002. godine se redovno i različitim aktivnostima obeležava ovaj dan u svim vaspitnim jedinicama predškolske ustanove”Ljubica Popović”

Traditionally, World Animal Day was celebrated at the Children’s kindergartens “Ljubica Popovic” and “Sunce”.
Since 2002, this day has been marked regularly and in various activities in all educational units of the preschool institution “Ljubica Popovic”.
