Radio Programme about Animal Welfare and Road Safety
The Gambia Horse and Donkey Trust will be hosting a radio programe within The Gambia, covering topics on Animal Welfare, to raise public awareness about the importance of taking good care of animals.
There will be a particular focus on road safety due to the prevalence of road traffic accidents involving horses and donkeys recently. There will be discussion about using reflective clothing and equipment, and the tethering of animals at the road side.
