Rex Foundation – World Animal Day 2015
The Rex Foundation was celebrated the World Animal Day in this year is family programs, concerts, dog-human competitions and all-day family event which guest star was Vera Tóth, who gave us a charity concert. The Hungarian National Tourist Zrt. on this day was awarded the “Utazz Kutyával/Travel with your Dog” photo contest campaign participants creations.
The Rex Animal Island on 3 October 2015, the World Animal Day eleventh time was held at our event. The high-spirited concerts and contests year after year attracts thousands of visitors to our animal welfare center. This year we could see high-quality program for all those who visited in this beautiful autumn day the Rex Animal Island.
The already permanent “family member Rex” Peter Huzella gave a concert, followed the dog-man teams of skill contest, the “EBatlon-fighting” followed. The band James Buga played delightfully fun animalsongs for the audiences.
Our celebrity guest, Vera Tóth sweeping concert atmosphere accompanied the young and old generations alike enthusiastic applause. Following the tradition, the Rex Foundation awarded with a diploma recognized the work of those organizations and individuals who work for the protection of animals in this year on high level.
Among the winners was the Hungarian Tourism Zrt., Which has been called “Pets Ambassador” title, Gábor Dunai, who were awarded the “Animals mentorship award”, and this year the “Animal Rescue Angel” award to the Animal Rescue League and Katalin Bencsik volunteers and Attila Magyar actor.
Our family day closed with a concert from Hahó band.
