A regional animal welfare workshop was held in Cetinje in October 2020. It was promoted and supported by the Fenix animal protection organization from Cetinje, Montenegro. President of "Fenix" Julija Milanovic has been selflessly helping abandoned animals for more than twenty years. She feeds, treats, vaccinates, sterilizes, and adopts animals.
