Event Description

Members of the Tech Vet Association of the UAGM Ponce Veterinary Technology program in Puerto Rico, commemorate World Animal Day today. Throughout online informative social media posts, we will creat awareness of about the animals that have enlisted the endangered species list over the world and how this impacts our ecosystem. 
The campus students, faculty and administrative staff joined and supported the initiative.
 
 

Post-Event Summary

Through this initiative, we were able to create awareness about the animals that are endagered and the reasons for this situation. As Veterinary Technology students, we have learned through this project to recognize the inextricable linkage between humans activity and endangered animals throughout the world.

Our goal this weel was to raise awareness on endangered species and help others recognize the importance of our animals and the entire ecosystem.
