Animal Protection Organization of Nigeria, on World Animal Day, went out to Schools, public places and zoo to communicate with the people on the importance of the day – which is a day set aside to raise the standard of animal welfare by being conscious of our day to day relationship with animals, as humans and animal co-exist. We introduce humane education to schools, enlighten the public about welfare practise, protection and treating animals with compassion and also visited the animals in the zoo to celebrate the special day with them. It was fun!
