World Animal Day Festival and Animal Blessing Ceremony
A Hong Kong celebration of World Animal Day! And you can adopt dogs and cats (and also tortoises!) which are waiting for new host families! We are joined by six non-profit animal care organisations this year, namely, Animal Earth, Non-Profit Making Veterinary Services Society Ltd (NPV), Hong Kong Society of Herpetology Foundation, Animal Power, HKSKH Lady MacLehose Centre, PETA-Asia Pacific. This year our theme is: Caring for Street Animals. Date: 2 October 2011 (Sunday) Time: 2:00-5:30 PM Venue: SKH All Saints’ Cathedral in Mongkok, Hong Kong Target: We welcome all people, no matter what your religion is, and it is free admission
