World Animal Day Public Fair
The Alliance for Humane Education has six member organisations that have united to promote humane education in schools and in the community. We are organizing a Public Fair for World Animal Day in Chapala District where people from several Lakeside towns will gather for the occasion. The fair will include large animals, publicity posters, brochures, flyers, table displays and each of us will organise a different educational activity for children. There will be food for sale, animal shirts and other animal-related items for sale. Therapy dogs in uniform will accompany their owners. The event will be widely publicised and so we expect a lot of people to come. We believe our World Animal Day event will mark the beginning of a “new era” and encourage greater respect for animals on the Chapala Lakeside.
