The Māori Indigenous People Request the United Nations to Give Whales Personhood. Can you help them?

Corporations Have Personhood – Why Not Whales?

Personhood gives global legal protection. During the UN Climate Week in NYC, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) marked a historic moment as the indigenous Māori King and Māori Pacific leaders called on the world to give whales legal personhood. Also recognising that whales are vital to ocean health and human health, Ralph Chami, CEO of Blue Green Future, LLC, calls for the United Nations (UN) to designate whales as Ocean Ambassadors.

By signing this petition, you are giving a voice to the whales and the indigenous people fighting for their lives because they understand that whales are critical to the health of the ocean and offsetting climate change.
