The three-day event “We Love Animals” took place at “25. novembar” Elementary School in Velika Kladusa, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where third grade pupils participated in varous activities designed to raise awareness about the importance of animals in our lives and for our planet.

On Tuesday, October 2nd, the pupils attended a art-literary workshop with several topics which they transformed into little works of art, depicting their love for animals

On Wednesday, October 3rd, the pupils practised a special dance for animals, and created a large art canvas with images of their favourite animals in front of the school

Since 2012, this elementary school and its teachers have been organizing events to celebrate World Animal Day, and 2018 was no different. With events designed around pupils and their interests, this year the focus was on heightening their emotional response to animals, and to celebrate our kinship with fellow living beings on this planet.
